No Priscilla was not in Elvis' will. Contrary to public belief Elvis had two wills at the time of his death. Over the objections of family members the latest will was not accepted so the court probated the will that Elvis signed in mid 1977 which was witnessed by Ginger Alden among others.

Elvis left his estate to his father Vernon and made a crucial error by not appointing someone he trusted should Vernon pass away. The latest will addressed that issue FYI.

Also in Elvis' divorce from Priscilla she was legally banned from using the Presley name and was to go by her maiden name.

When Vernon died the estate was left to Lisa Marie but since she was only 9 years old her mother Priscilla held legal guardianship on Lisa's behalf until she became of age.

Interesting tidbit is that in both Elvis' will and Vernons will contained verbiage of "children" or "unnamed heirs" leading many to speculate.

Lastly during the paternity lawsuit in the 1970's Elvis had his blood drawn for DNA and testified under oath about questions pertaining to "potential other heirs/children". His answers led to further speculation.
