Miley's parents celebrated her "sweet 16" in California (Disneyland). Fans got to go to Disneyland that day, but they had to pay a little bit extra. Miley sang her heart out, and the fans all got to sing 'Happy Birthday' to Miley. There was a big cake. At one point, all of Disneyland was closed to everyone but Miley and 100 of her friends.
