She went to a private girls school & she was bullied relentlessly because she was different from the other girls. She also stated in an interview that she was thrown in a trash can. That's why she created the Born This Way Foundation, to stop bullying. She also got signed to her first record contract but got dropped from it. Why I have no idea because now she's the most famous celebrity in the world pretty much. I'm sure the people that bullied her feel like idiots now.
