No clock or radio disply 2001 Mercury Villager but the CD changer and radio work just fine?

These radios are notorious for the displays going blank. I have a 1999 Villager Estate that had the same problem. The cause is usaully a set of large resistors on a circuit board inside the radio. The resistors get so hot that the solder connecting them to the circuit board actually melts and they become disconnected. The repair involves opening the radio, finding and resoldering the large resistors. They can be identified by the heat discoloration that they cause on the circuit board. This isn't too difficult, but if you have no experience using a soldering iron, then you may want to take the radio to a friend with a bit of soldering experience.

What are the trombone notes?

The trombone has the same notes as the piano A, A#/Bb, B, C, C#/Db, D, D#/Eb, E, F, F#/Gb, G, G#/Ab. Your range depends on your talent level. It is a C-Pitched instrument, therefore there is no transposing to be done when talking about concert pitches.

How do singers usaully get discovered?

Most of the time the person has a lot of hook ups...or he/she is very pretty and could possibly join a modeling agency that would help boost her career. But if you have neither looks nor hook ups, the best thing to do is join the Mickey Mouse club...and I'm serious too. So many famous singers have come from there. If you're to old for that, then the best thing to do would probably sing your freakin heart out wherever you go, especially at fancy or expensive places. Some people there might be able to make you famous if they think you have a good enough voice...but honestly, don't just assume you have a good voice because that's what it sounds like to you, before you go around singing make sure you have had at least five people comment you on your singing...you DO NOT want to embarrass your self by looking like the idiot with no talent...

What is the difference between a soprano and alto flute?

a soprano is straight like clarinet and usaully gold colored and the alto is curved on the bottom it makes a 180 degree turn outward. and a soprano sax is smaller and often straight instead of curved. it is pitched at B flat as opposed to E flat. alto sax is the most common saxophone. musicmoo :) Soprano sax is sometimes semicurved and sometimes straight. It has the same pitch as a tenor sax whereas an Eb alto sax is the same pitch as a baritone sax. hope this helps, Saxesofevil and walt899
