Also be advised in a smaller ecosystem such as a pond you would have something more like a (6) raccoon most likely as your tertiary consumer. (7)grey wolf,(8)grizzly bear(9)alligator(10)humans. Humans will always be at the top of any food web even though we don't eat a lot of the other tertiary consumers we're quite capable and by far mentally superior to any species on earth.
