Multiple rock subgenres
well there are about 200 rock genres , but basicly there are : soft rock - alternative rock - hard rock - and metal all other subgenres belongs to these major groups soft rock : is the softest of rock genres , realy close to pop alternative rock : rock music that isn't heavy , but also cant be called soft hard rock : heavy rock music with loud music metal : even louder than hard rock , and sometimes include unique screaming and growling sounds I am not specialized in music , so I'm just sharing my opinion

It seems to be that Pop has the most subgenres.
3 Doors Down mainly sings Alternative Rock, and subgenres, but is mostly altertnative.
