Relient K, Hawk Nelson and This Beautiful Republic are all Christian punk rock bands. Some of TobyMac's songs are considered punk rock as well, but his stuff is mostly pop or hip hop. Some of Switchfoot's older songs like "Company Car" and "Turn Everything Over" might be considered punk rock, also there is a punk praise band called Stellar Kart and a christian pop group called the Afters which have a punk influence.
There is no difference really, between a punk rock picnic and a punk rock gig. Both of them are punk rock festivals, which means that there is lots of people coming to see it, bands performing live, people having fun, etc. The only difference might be that, at a punk rock picnic, there are some areas where people can sit and eat, whereas at a punk rock gig you can still eat, but you mostly stand up and do the pogo/moshing dance with the crowd, so that can be the only difference.
the structure of punk is lyrics that outrage society...heavy bass lines and rough riffs.. on a simler note the bands that made punk.. were sex pistols and ramones..that is the structure of punk....hope this helped you..

You basically just need to think about the society, the people around you, politics, anarchy, etc. A punk rock song can be about anything, basically. What makes a good punk rock song, is when someone speaks about their own experiences that they have come across in their life. Many punk rock bands do that - they write lyrics about their own experiences, which is great, as that way fans can relate to their songs, and try to understand what the artist is trying to say and how he felt at that time. It shouldn't take you that long to write a good punk rock song, it should just come naturally. If you listen to some punk rock songs, you can tell that the lyrics speak about freedom, society, people, politics, love, doing what you want, etc. Also, if you watch some of the punk rock bands interviews, you would probably hear them say, that the writing of their songs comes from their own life experiences. This is what punk is about; it's about freedom, anarchy, love, having fun, and not caring about what others say or think. That is why punk is so good; punks, music, lifestyle, perspective of life, love, freedom, etc. So there you go, there are a lot of ideas which you could use to write a good punk rock song. Hope I helped -:)
Operation Ivy, Streetlight Manifesto, and Mustard Plug.
