What are some good tutoring methods for tutoring a younger girl who doesn't seem to like you much?
In her best interests, I would bring treats and small gifts when I go to tutor her to make her like you and then reward her when she does well.

Create schoolwork personalized for her- for example create math story problems of people she knows, princesses she likes, sports she plays, etc. She might just be shy or not like the idea of having to do extra school work. Concentrate on building a relationship with her by being interested in what she is interested in. Most of all, be sincere. Kids seem to have a 6th sense about people who are going through the motions and people who are genuine.
