In my opinion, the most country stations are Outlaw Country, Willie's Roadhouse, and Bluegrass Junction.
Willie Nelson made his mark on country music with his highly individual album, "Red Headed Stranger." He and other "outlaw" artists based in Austin, Texas challenged the Nashville country music establishment.

The reason I think is because they play a lot of pop songs, and not a lot of categories like outlaw country.

I don't know, however I heard one of their songs played on the SiriusXM satellite radio station Outlaw Country, so I would assume yes.
