Normally the lowest note is middle C on the piano, though some instruments go down to B. The Flute can reach C 3 octaves above that and even a little higher, though most amateur flute players don't enjoy playing up at the very top end of the range.
The lowest natural note is low F-sharp. You can play lower than that using pedaltone notes. There is no highest note. I think the Arban method book gives the upper range of a Trumpet as high B-flat, but most players can play higher, and many can play much higher. The highest note is limited only by the ability of the player.
the highest is the one thats the highest and the lowest is the one thats the lowest it's easy stupid.
The highest note on a grand piano is the note C. The lowest note on a piano would be D.
Her highest note if F above high C, but I'm not sure about her lowest.
The notes for scales on the piano are the exact same notes for corresponding scales on the saxophone. However, as the alto saxophone is in Eb and the tenor saxophone is in Bb, you will have to account for these differences by raising the piano notes by a minor third or lowering the piano notes by a whole step, respectively.
the instrument with the highest sound is the piccolo. The piccolo is basically a miniature flute, and it has all the same fingerings (what you do with your fingers to make the notes), except you have to make a tighter embrasure (how you purse your lips), and it sounds an octave (eight notes) higher.

The members of the string family, from the highest to the lowest, are the violin, the viola, cello and bass. Without the strings you would no longer have an orchestra, you would have a band, The string family, as a unit, can play the very highest notes and the very lowest.
The lowest note is the G above middle C, and the highest is the A nine notes above that.
