Well... If we start at A, then we go up to B, C, D, E, F, G. That is a musical scale. After G it's back to A. Then there are sharps and flats. sharps (#) mean play it 1/2 step higher. For example, F# is 1/2 step higher than F.

And flats (superscript b) mean 1/2 step lower. A Bb is 1/2 step lower than a B. You know music is a lot more complicated than this and it's hard to explain through text. :P research it like YouTube videos and stuff.
