You repeat back to the beginning each time getting faster and faster until you can go your fastest. The last 7 notes, or the notes in between the two G's (G--F-E-D-E-F--G) should be played fast like sixteenth notes. But watch your speed, if you go to fast to the point where the notes come out sloppy, the song will become unappealing after awhile.
