Pregnancy after tubal ligation is very rare. Tubal ligation has less than a 2% failure rate and even if you do get pregnant without reversal surgery you are more likely to have an ectopic pregnancy. Ectopic pregnancy is very dangerous and you should see a Dr immediately if you feel that you may be pregnant.
Women have less than a 2% chance of becoming pregnant naturally after having a tubal ligation. If you feel that you may be pregnant after a tubal ligation you should see a Dr as soon as possible to rule out an ectopic pregnancy. Women who have had a tubal ligation are at a high risk for ectopic pregnancy which can be life threatening.
Yes, but it would be extremely rare, unless your tubal ligation has come undone. The chance of the pregnancy being normal are lower, and the chance that it is an ectopic or tubal pregnancy is much higher than normal.
I had my tubal ligation in November 2004. In February 2008 I decide to have a tummy tuck and breast lift and augmentation. June 2008 i found out i was 8 weeks pregnant, but was a ectopic pregnancy!! Just sharing my experience.
Although natural pregnancy could occur it is very slim. If it does happen naturally there is a very good chance that it would be ectopic. The most natural way to have a child after having a tubal ligation is with tubal ligation reversal. Surprising to many is the fact the tubal reversal has a better pregnancy rate than the alternative treatment of IVF. Not only does tubal ligation reversal have a better success rate it is more natural and less expensive than the alternative.
After a tubal ligation you should NOT be able to get pregnant.

The procedure for removing the fallopian tubes due to an ectopic pregnancy is typically called a salpingectomy, not tubal ligation. A salpingectomy involves the surgical removal of one or both fallopian tubes, while tubal ligation is a form of permanent birth control that involves blocking or sealing the tubes to prevent pregnancy. If the tubes are removed because of an ectopic pregnancy, it’s specifically addressing the medical emergency rather than serving as a contraceptive measure.

While tubal ligation is considered a permanent form of birth control, there is a small chance of becoming pregnant afterward. In some cases, the fallopian tubes may heal or reconnect, allowing for the possibility of pregnancy, although this is rare. If pregnancy occurs after a tubal ligation, there is an increased risk of ectopic pregnancy, which can be dangerous. It's important to consult a healthcare provider if there are concerns about pregnancy after the procedure.
Yes, it is possible for a woman to become pregnant after a tubal ligation with the Falope ring, although the chances are significantly reduced. Tubal ligation is intended to be a permanent form of contraception, but in some cases, the fallopian tubes can heal or reconnect, allowing for pregnancy. Reports of pregnancies after this procedure are rare, but they can occur, and any resulting pregnancy is considered high risk for ectopic pregnancy.

It's possible for a tubal ligation to fail, for the fallopian tubes to grow back together even after being cut. If this happens, an ectopic pregnancy (in which the embryo implants itself in the fallopian tube instead of in the uterus) is possible.
Pregnancy after Tubal Ligation is very rare. It has less than a 2% failure rate and is considered permanent. Woman that do get pregnant afterward usually experience it in within the first 3 months during healing or several years later due to the tube healing back together. Women who have had tubal ligation are at greater risk for ectopic pregnancy which can be life threatening if left untreated. If you feel that you could be pregnant after a tubal ligation you should see a Dr immediately.
A normal pregnancy is when the foetus grow in the womb where it's supposed to be, whereas an ectopic pregnancy is where the foetus is growing in the fallopian tubes, this is very serious if you suspect an ectopic pregnancy go strait to you GP or nearest A&E department, Ectopic pregnancies can be potentially life threatening.
