Cons: As far as I know, you can't go swimming while they're in. They take longer to put in than a quick swipe of your hand to grab your glasses.
Pros: You don't have to worry about your glasses breaking. Also you don't have to worry about your glasses flying off your face on a thrilling ride in an amusement park. When taking pictures, if your frame is bigger then your face, people will not notice you.
Cons: You have to take them out each night before you go to sleep to clean them. They might get lost on the ground and difficult to find
