There are tons of tutorials on youtube for Bella's Lullaby, and you can also go to: http://www.scribd.com/doc/8586760/Bellas-Lullaby-Carter-Burwell-Sheet-Music for the sheet music. I found that that's a very accurate version of the song and used it to learn.
I know for a fact that both the Twilight piano books sold have it in them, but if you don't want to pay, I'd google search for free sheet music. Hope this helps!
