I remember beng there on the 25th, and I stayed by the West Stage... the East Stage was the one where the fires were started towards the end of the night. Our Lady Peace was playing on the West Stage when we got there, then it was Rusted Root, Sevendust, Collective Soul, Reveille.. no bands I really cared much for, until Megadeth came out to be the final act of the night, and finished off with their classic, "Peace Sells".

Many of the bands at Woodstock played folk music, which in today's world may sound a little like country music. There was also a performer named Country Joe who sang the ultimate anti-war song but he is not classified as a country singer.
