∙ 12y agoIt was all the same members exept for Anderson (their lead singer before Corey) and he only lasted in mate,feed,kill,repeat and after that they found Corey in a sex shop selling dildos

Is Corey Taylor singing for Slipknot or Stone Sour?
Corey Taylor if part of both Stone Sour and Slipknot.as the last post stated, but to improve on thisanswer ill let you know that, stone sour is Corey taylors original band , the original slipknot were alot slower and they didnt have masks, well anyway they decided they were gonna retire from the industry, so they got some of the best musicians from underground bands, i don't know about the other 8, but in that same year stone sour won the battle of the bands and they recruited Corey, when all the band positions were filled they decided they were going to crank it up a bit and become a bit heavier, thus the masks, they believed that performing on stage with and alter ego would prevent anything from keeping them back, they can write the music they want to (satanic songs such as heretic anthem) so its the masks that are singing the son, well ya im sure you get what im trying to say, hope this info was satisfactory, when on break for slipknot, Corey often works with his old band, in the four years that slipknot was gone stone sour released and album called come what (ever) may , yes i know, that's alot of information for suck a simple question, i appologise when it comes to slipknot i can talk all day

From there you could ask if it was possible to arrange an interview. However, I'd like to tell you now that even getting in contact with Mr 'Dangle' will be incredibly difficult. Ask yourself, how many phonecalls do you think Corey Taylor would receive in a day if it were easy to get in touch with him? Why not research interviews with Corey Taylor, and see if the subject of songwriting came up?
