They don't sleep as in sex (for those just joining us....) They just are forced to sleep besides each other. This happens in ch.55.
Tsubasa puts sticky powder in the mochi and since Natsume ate the Mochi Mikan made him, him and Mikan were stuck together for a while. Mikan gets an invitation to the Hanazimo (or whatever its called) Den for a banquet. Natsume, realizing that his sister might be in there, makes sure that he's still stuck to Mikan, even if the powder has worn off. In order to go to the banquet, Natsume had to hold onto Mikan's hands for a whole night.
