Most of the media during his earlier career blaming him for juvenile delinquency.

Anyone hurting, and/or being mean, to his fans.

The pores on his face as he thought they were too large.

His weight problems which he endured beginning in the 1960's through (sadly) his death of August 16, 1977.

One of his great fears was someone bothering or hurting him. I learned this firsthand a few months before he died. I was on the central coast in Pismo, CA staying at Pismo Coast Village when I was told that he was going to come that night into the park to look at buying a timeshare. So, I stayed up to see if I could see him arrive. Some very interesting things happened that night. At one point men came through with dogs to sniff the bushes, next came people on bikes, and finally about 2 AM 3 very expensive motor coaches came in. One parked next to my spot. Late, that next afternoon the salesman was showing a man around in a Golf cart that was very heavy with thick sideburns. I am sure it was Elvis. The motor coach next to me had three men who sat outside all day and never left. After Elvis died one of his bodyguards wrote a book about him. That man is one of the men who sat outside the motor coach.
