Did yolanda kill Selena on purpose?
yolanda killed Selena because selenas father found out from co-workers that yolanda had took 30,000 dollars and naturally Selena was mad and Selena confronted yolanda in the motel room and said "you took money and i don't wanna be your friend no more" so yolanda was triggerd and she thought that she could be as famouse as Selena so she bought a ring for Selena Selena exepted the ring and then in the motel room yolanda shot Selena in the back and in the emergency truck Selena was able to to identify the killer before she was prounonced DEAD......... no yolanda is in prison for life and still suspecs that she did not!!!!!!!!!!1 rip Selena quintinilla and DIE SOON yolanda salvadiaer

The president of her fan club, Yolanda Saldivar, murdered Selena. Selena had visited Yolanda at her Days Inn motel in Corpus Christi, TX to retrieve missing financial records in the wake of Yolanda having embezzled money from Selena's fan club.. I suppose the real tragedy occurred when it became clear that Yolanda had no way out of the situation of the missing financial records and the ensuing argument with Selena. This was when Yolanda pulled out a gun and fired one shot at Selena as she was attempting to get out the door, which ultimately led to Selena's death. Sadly, Selena died before doctors could help her at the local hospital. Selena basically bled to death, with a severed artery. Selena could've survived if she had been attended to at the hospital much earlier before all that blood went out.

Yes. She died from loss of too much blood and if someone gave her blood, she might have lived. But doing that was against her religion so they couldn't do that:( This is false. Selena WAS given a blood transfusion at the hospital, but she had bled out well before she'd reached there. They performed surgery on her, she just didn't make it. There is no religion in the world that prohibits life-saving mesaures like blood transfusions. Ok whoever said there was no religion that prohibits blood transfusions needs to become familiar with the Jehovas Witnesses. They do block blood transfusions though I am unsure if Selena received the operation.
Why did Yolanda Saldivar kill Selena Quintanilla?
The night before Selena's murder her husband Chris and herself had a meeting with Yolanda Saldivar at the Days Inn in Corpus Christi, TX. After retrieving files and records containing information about her fan club and boutiques, and as Selena and Chris left the hotel, Selena came to the conclusion that Saldivar kept a few of the files. The following day Selena got up early, got dressed as though she was going jogging and took Chris's truck back to the Days Inn where Selena and Saldivar argued over Saldivar holding records still to the point where Selena said that they could not be friends at that time and nor could they work together. She took the ring the "Saldivar" got for her and was about to place it on the bed when Saldivar pulled out the .38-Caliber Taurus Revolver and shot Selena once in the right shoulder as Selena ran for her life, severing an artery. Saldivar chasing her calling her a bitch. Severely wounded, Selena stumbled her way to the lobby and fell twice; once by the pool and again in the lobby where she lay as the clerk called 911 and Selena named Saldivar as her assailant and gave the room number. Selena transported to the local hospital where at 1:05 pm she was pronounced dead. The room number where Selena was shot was 158 and now has been re-numbered to 156.
