The True Fan A true fan of Green Day is a fan who loves Green Day and will never abandon them. This can a fan from 39/Smooth or someone who discovered them in the American Idiot era because they are too young to have been around in the early 90's, but still love Green Day. They know all their songs from 39/Smooth to 21st Century Breakdown and love them all. They also have more knowledge of Green Day than their names and the names of a maximum 5 songs. Green Day means something to a true fan. They find meaning in the songs and can relate to them themselves. A true fan will never stop loving Green Day, no matter what style of music they play or what decisions they make in their career. They will always love Green Day no matter what.
