There father is definitly their manager usually but I think its both their father and uncle but im not sure about the uncle. However they're the bosses, they make many if not all of the descisions themselves they just direct them in the right path.

∙ 14y agoI could be mistaken but I believe Justin's road manager is Ryan Good. He's the guy on some of Justin's video's with the catch phrase, 'Awww, C'mon!!" He's the guy you hear yelling playfully in the background when Justin bungyed off the bridge in New Zealand. "Aww, C'mon, Justin!! C'mon!!"
