Play it. A glockenspiel is a musical instrument, similar to a xylophone.

If you don't play the instrument yourself, what you think of when you hear the word "xylophone" might well actually be a glockenspiel: in a xylophone the bars are made of wood (the xylo- part comes from a Greek word meaning "wood"); in a glockenspiel they're metal plates or possibly tubes.

The usual English word for a glockenspiel is "concert bells".

A carillion (set of actual cup-shaped bells, such as would be found in a church bell tower) is also called a Glockenspiel in German (Glockenspiel literally means "set of bells").
