Is it easier to play electric guitar with strap or no strap?

well if you are playing sitting down then there shouldn't be any problem playing without a strap although i personally play with a strap when sitting. But if you have to play standing then you most likely are gonna end up using a strap.....you can try playing without one while standing but I'm sure its really hard

What instruments should stand up to play?

All instruments can be played standing up or sitting down. "Should" is very subjective, and practically useless. Traditionally, the following instruments are played standing, either because of the size of the instrument or because of the need to move between instruments (or dance around like a madman) of a family: -String Bass -Percussion -Electric guitars and bass Some older instruments, by the way, do require standing up, like the great-contra-bass recorder, which, in fact, requires standing on a box! However, in modern practice, even tympani are often played sitting on a high stool, and trap-arranged drum kits by a player on a 'throne'. Oh yes. And in certain groups, soloists are generally "highlighted" by standing up to play their solos. This is, however, a temporary thing, and while the audience may feel that they _should_ stand to play, it is not anymore of a requirement than any of those above.

What is proper singing posture?

If you are sitting, you could probably sit up straight, shoulders square to each other, and smile. If you are standing, don't fidget and don't slouch.
