The song is written by Emanual Kiriakou, Priscila Renea Hamilton, and produced by John Hardin.  That answer up there is false. Actually, Lady Gaga  wrote it and thought it wasn't her style. So she chose Selena Gomez  over Demi Lovato to sing this song. This is true.
