A loop pedal is an effects pedal, usually for guitar, that can record a section of sound played on the instrument. It then plays back that section over and over, or for a set amount of repetitions. These can be useful when there is only one guitar player in a band that wants to play rhythym and lead guitar.

Hey there. I am ot sure how it exactly works, but I think when the sound comes i from your guitar for example, the LP will record the incoming signal, the LP then records this. It is then probably just programmed to play it over and over until you tell it to stop. While that recording is looping, you can do another loop, ad it overlaps it and and adds it to the first loop. music in>records>loops>output to amp music in>^ music in>^ Hope this helps
Also called damper pedal, a sustain pedal of a piano is used to maintain the sounds of the notes played. It occurs until the sustain pedal is released.

To incorporate an effects loop into your amp if it does not already have one, you can consult a professional technician or purchase an external effects loop pedal that can be connected between your guitar and the amp. This will allow you to add effects pedals into the signal chain without altering the amp itself.
