To reset the code on a 2007 Honda CR-V, first, ensure the ignition is turned off. Then, disconnect the negative battery terminal for about 10-15 minutes to reset the vehicle's electronic systems. Reconnect the battery, and the code should be cleared. If you need to reset the radio code specifically, you may require the original code provided by the manufacturer or a dealership.
You have to go to a Honda dealer and they will give you the code.
Open the trunk and check to see if the code is on the underside of the trunk lid. (That is where I find the code to my Honda Accord) If you do not have the code click the link, sign up at the Honda Owner's Link, and then click get radio code.
