Anyone who kills Cain will suffer vengeance sevenfold." So, like seven times greater vengeance than for another sin? Just my personal interpretation.

If you mean who helped finish their latest album and did the tours.. its Mark Portnoy from Dream Theater, hes a better drummer.
Do you mean calmer? If so then yes they do. Some examples would be Sieze the Day and Dear God and also Warmness on the soul. Thats all i can think of right now.
