Play in the key of C major. The only notes you play are A,B,C,D,E,F and G.
If the tune was G,F#,G,A,G then that would probably be in the key of G as it ends on G and it has F#. Because G is a major 5th above C, move all the notes down a major 5th and you get the tune C,B,C,D,C which is in the key of C.
It is in C. That is not to say that that is the easiest key to play in - that is probably G or D!
Depending on what 'c' you're play you will need to press your left thumb key. For 'low-c' and 'middle-c' you don't, for the 'high-c' you'll need to press it.
Three sharps mean the piece is played in the key of A. If one sharp is in front of Middle C, you play C sharp. If two sharps are in front of Middle C, you play D. If three sharps are in front of Middle C, you play D sharp.
instruments that play in the key of C.
It depends on each instrument. Strings and some band instruments such as Trombone, tuba, and flute are in the key of C so you don't have to transpose them. Other instruments like Clarinet and trumpet are in the key of B flat so if you want them to play a C you have to tell them to play a D because everything they play sounds a A whole note below what you tell them to play. Not all band instruments are in the key of B flat thought. French horn and English horn for example are in the key of F. There are many different kinds of instruments and different keys they are in.
Assuming you mean clarinet then the standard one plays in the key of B flat. Others play in E flat, A, A flat, Or even C.
The way I play it is in the key of C.

C, same as the flute
4 sharps will be F#, C#, G# and D#. They mean the key of E major, or its relative key of C# minor.

It depends on what key the particular harmonica is in. If it is in "C" (concert pitch) you would play in G, just like the guitar.
The key of c is open valve. I would know, I play trumpet, french horn and mellophone.
