Well, you can let yourself practise with the sheet music, chord play and scales, but you need a teacher to present you when you go to take a grade test. and that's a MUST HAVE. By the way, what country are you in?? There is no such thing as a grade 10, as far as I'm concerned - not in England anyway. Its only up to 8.
