They are usually fined a certain sum. Repeat offenders may have their license revolked.
Yes, all states report speeding tickets to all other states. This is how a warrant can be issued for your arrest if you have an unpaid speeding ticket in one state.
you'll get more than one point. i just got my first speeding ticket and that speeding ticket alone will be 1 point.
Speeding (miles per hour over the speed limit):15-19 MPH: 2 points19-24 MPH: 3 points24-34 MPH: 4 points34 MPH or more: 6 pointsI don't know about under 14 and under. I've heard conflicting answers; some people say 1 point, some people say 0.For a 14 and under there are no points and usually the ticket is not posted to your record so there will be no insurance increase. Out of state tickets are posted to your record even if they are under 14. Georgia has a new superspeeder law that could cost you an extra 200 on top of your fine from the court.
eventually, I think they go to prison, I think.
In the state of Ohio (& Virginia), it is the judges decision. I received 2 speeding tickets within 2 weeks of one another and the judge amended one but suspended my license for 30 days for the other and fined me a hefty charge. So I am assuming it all depends on the laws and the judge.

Speeding tickets have negative effects on auto insurance rates. If your insurance company learns that you frequently get speeding tickets, they will label you as someone more likely to be in an accident. This again means that they may charge you more for the insurance, and give out less in case of an accident. Or they may plainly not want to insure you.

yes. If you weigh more than 12 stone.
For a 30mph over Georgia speeding tickets there will be 4 points against your license if you are a Georgia driver. You may also have to pay the new Georgia superspeeder fine. That is not paid to the court but to the DMV and the court will not tell you about it. See the link below for more information on Georgia speeding tickets.
you can stop people from speeding by asking senates to make a bill for more stop signs or stop lights so people have to stop more often

Men, according to a 2008-2009 survey. Answer provided by "Million Dollar Money Drop"
The equation to solve this is : x + (x+50) = 375 therefore 2x = 375-50 or x = 325 divided by 2 = 162.5 speeding tickets = 162.5 warnings = 162.5 + 50 which equals 212.5 proof 212.5+162.5 = 375 I don't know if your state issues a half ticket but certainly your teacher should work out the solution before presenting it.... Since a real solution is impossible with an odd number. Maybe you were only going half fast !
