It may depend on what state you are in - if you are operating without the interlock the suspicion/assumption is going to be that you bypassed it for a reason. What reason? Probably because you were under the influence and it would not allow the car to start for you. At the very least you MAY be summarily arrested and taken in for a test to determine your sobriety.
