If Georgia is like other states, a bench warrant will be issued by a judge. This does not mean the police will actively seek you out to arrest you. However, if you are stopped for another traffic violation, the bench warrant will become known to the police and you will be arrested at that time. You will then have to post bail to be released from jail. The bail required for your release will likely be far higher than any traffic fine you may have.
If you get a speeding ticket in Georgia and forget to pay your ticket, after a while, you will incur fines. If you continue to not pay it, a warrant may be issued for your arrest.
Pay it now. I cannot renew my license in Ohio for a traffic ticket in NC that I got in 1994 and did not pay.
This happened to me. You will be handcuffed, arrested and booked. It is a misdemeanor. Just sign the ticket!
You usually have to go to a school that is approved by the county that issued the ticket. But dont worry, you do not have to fly to NY. Just take an online couse that is approved in the county in NY.
of course its not void...but, theres a but there..the arresting officer must read it to you before u accept together with ur rights if u dont know so..
No you dont get a ticket you go to ( JAIL ) !
No there will not.
Dont get one in the first place.
Your driver's license will be suspended and the next time you are stopped you will spend some time in jail.

They will probably get your license number and then if you dont pay they will track you down
In California you are allowed to attend traffic school for point reduction only once every 18 months.
If you don't pay a drinking in public ticket, you may face additional fines, a warrant for your arrest, or potential consequences such as a suspended driver's license or community service. It's best to address the ticket promptly to avoid further complications.
Police Departments dont usually write off unpaid traffic tickets nor does bankruptcy take it off either. If anything I'd imagine that ticket is now an inflated price and your license is suspeded. You'll find out the next time you are pulled over.
Depending on the state but you have to get your license delayed for 1 year from the date of the ticket. Most likely though, if you do drivers school your fine. Just be careful and dont speed. Also try and fight the ticket in court.
