It's obvious you don't learn very quickly and two tickets for speeding in one month isn't going to go over good and there is a high possibility you will be fined and your license taken away for a period of time. Is it worth it! If you don't care about yourself at least care for other people out there. How would you like to be responsible for killing another human being? I don't think you'd be able to live with yourself if you are any kind of a human being.
you'll get more than one point. i just got my first speeding ticket and that speeding ticket alone will be 1 point.
In the state of Ohio (& Virginia), it is the judges decision. I received 2 speeding tickets within 2 weeks of one another and the judge amended one but suspended my license for 30 days for the other and fined me a hefty charge. So I am assuming it all depends on the laws and the judge.
No, to be suspended for infractions you must have 18 or more active points. Points stay active until 2 years after the conviction.
It depends on the state laws. In my state of CT you are only required to attend traffic school if you get 3 speeding tickets within a certain time. I believe it's 3 years. The traffic school here is all written and no driving is required. So, check with your particular state as to what the requirements are. Call your local motor vehicle department.
If you are under 21 and receive two traffic convictions within a 24 month period, you will have your license suspended. If you are over 21, then the rule is 3 convictions within a 12 month period. Please note, these are convictions. In Illinois there is available court supervision, and should one or more of the tickets have a disposition of supervision they will not count against one's driving privileges. Generally speaking, it is a good idea to go to court and request supervision.
They take your car and beat you with it
Hi I am 17 and i received 2 speeding tickets within 3 weeks, and my insurance went up 125$. If u take trafic school for one of them it will go down a lot. SO plz do that

backlog processing efficiency = no. of tickets resolved in a period/ no. of tickets received within the same period

probably not, but it depends on the severity of the tickets, if they were two tickets, both for under 15 over the speed limit the probably not...but if it was something heinous like 35 over then yeah they might
It won't stop you from being able to get a CDL, but if you've accrued more than three points within the past three years, it will prevent you from being hired.
In Georgia, accumulating four speeding tickets within four years can result in points being added to your driving record. If you receive 15 or more points in a 24-month period, you may face a suspension of your driver's license. Additionally, insurance premiums may increase due to the accumulation of tickets, and you may be required to complete a defensive driving course to mitigate the consequences. It's essential to address each ticket promptly to avoid further penalties.
This will highly depend on where your licence is from. This will also depend on if you have any past traffic tickets within 3 years. If this is your first infraction, most insurance companies in Ontario will not raise your rates, but if it is your second, you could face a rate increase of 10%. In Kansas, accumulating three speeding violations within a 12-month period can lead to a suspension of your driver's license. However, the specific consequences may vary based on the severity of the infractions and your driving history. It's important to note that excessive speeding (such as exceeding the speed limit by 20 mph or more) can also carry harsher penalties. Always check with the Kansas Department of Revenue for the most current regulations.
