At 10 you have not gone though puberty yet. Give it a couple of years and you will have breasts. I will tell you "big breasts" are not all what they are cracked up to be. It is like having 4 pounds of sugar attached to your chest and you can't do a lot of things like run. Because they are heavy and large rashes also happen under them and the Bras you have to wear each day rub causing red marks. Getting a blouse or dress that fits on top and on the bottom is also hard. If the top fits usually the bottoms are too big or the other way around. If you wear something too small or tight that doesn't look good. Men are also rude and disrespectful to women with large breasts. They stare and make rude comments and don't appreciate a woman for other things that she may have that are good. That gets real tiring fast because there is more to a woman than a breast. So, don't be in a hurry to have big breasts and when you do have your curves and breasts appreciate who you are more than what you are told who you are to be. The person you are is important than what popular culture tells you what you should look like.
