all you really have to is breath in and breath out kinda hard and get that scratchy sound in your throut then yes it would hurt the first couple of times but try not to do it so hard or else you will ruin your throut. try to do it nice and simple. then once you get the hang of it start doing it harder. (thats what she said)jk... anyways..... you can also go on YouTube.com and watch some videos on how to scream scremo but also you dont call it screm scremo, its really called pig squelling.
