Tokio Hotel has sold over five million albums, and only released three studio albums. So I'm gonna do a little math and guess that they sold about 1.5 million.
2007 - Scream2007 - Room 483 (same as Scream but sold under this name in Germany because the band doesn't want their German fans to relate this album to their first album Schrei).2008 - Scream (special US edition with extra material and songs that wasn't on the European Scream)2009 - Humanoid

Room 483 was the bungalow where they wrote their album in. So in reality nothing much happened there. In the song Tom calls his hotel room that where he had sex with a girl.

Vergessene Kinder, or Forgotten Children in it's English release, was written by Dave Roth, Patrick Benzner, David Jost, Peter Hoffmann, Bill Kaulitz, and Tom Kaulitz, as were most of the songs on Zimmer 483

Room 483 is the same as Scream, but has a different name, to tie it in with the Zimmer 483 album. So yes they are English. Zimmer 483 = German Room 483 = English
you can go to www.tokiohotel.com or typ tokio hotel ready set go album !!! tokio hotel rocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is no album by that title. There's "Schrei", "Schrei-so laut du kannst", "Zimmer 483", and "Scream/Room 483".
There isn't an English album exactly like Zimmer 483. 2007's Scream contains the English versions of some of Tokio Hotel's favorite songs from Schrei and Zimmer 483.Room 483 (2007) is the German version of Screamand has the exact same track listing.
Some magic happened between Tom and a fangirl and Tom told Bill about it and BIll wrote the lyrics based on what happened...
