Call the dept. who gave you the speeding ticket. They will be able to give you a copy.
Call over to each of the 4 agencies and give them your name. Tell them you lost the ticket and want to pay it. They'll check your name against their ticket database and see if you are in their system.
i just went to court today for a speeding ticket in CA doing 103 in a 65 and i got a 740 dollar fine and my license suspended for 30 days. I had no prior tickets. The judge i guess didnt like me :(

You can be mailed a ticket, yes, but I've never heard of it happening in instances where someone was actually pulled over by a police officer - it's generally something which happens when you've been caught running a red light or speeding by a camera apparatus.

The state of Georgia will most likely issue an order for your arrest if it is not taken care of. You should call the Georgia Highway Patrol and they can direct you to the proper channels to deal with your situation.
