As a graphic designer I am interested if there are shapes, colours, textures or other imagery in the mind of a composer as he creates music. Does he/she "build", "draw", or "form" 2D or 3D images? Does sound have shape and colour and texture in her mind? Is there an intermediate step before sound is conceived? I know by asking people that they visualize the abstract concept of time in their minds (by a time line, or a series of shapes, or a dial or a list and many other means, I expect). It would be very useful if a composer would post his personal knowledge about this.
No, a fish is not a composer. A composer is a person who creates music, typically using knowledge of musical theory and instruments, while fish are living creatures that do not possess the cognitive abilities or tools required for musical composition. Fish may produce sounds or vocalizations, but these are not considered music in the same context as human composition.

Franz Liszt was not considered a nationalist composer in the same way as Bedřich Smetana, Edvard Grieg, and Antonín Dvořák. While Liszt was a prominent composer of the Romantic era and contributed significantly to music, his works were often influenced by a variety of styles and cultures rather than focusing on nationalistic themes. In contrast, Smetana, Grieg, and Dvořák incorporated elements of their respective folk music and cultural heritage into their compositions, embodying the ideals of nationalism in music.
