The phrase most famously references the waltz An der schönen blauen Donau, opus 314, by Neubau district of Vienna-born Austrian composer Johann Strauss II (October 25, 1825 - June 3, 1899). The pronunciation will be "sool bel da-NOO-byo bloo" in Italian.
