If you are playing violin music on a clarinet, you have to transpose up one step (a major 2nd). In other words, if you see a C, you play a D. If you are playing clarinet music on a violin, it's the opposite. You transpose down a step.
E flat. The way to figure it out is to go three half steps up from C. So the major key for D minor would be F, the major for E minor would be G, etc...
You simply move the key down one half step

The fastest method could be a common tone modulation from D-flat to F, which is then the dominant of B-flat. The D-flat moves to C, the A-flat up to A-natural, and the F carries through.
B-flat up to G is a major 6th. Or, B-flat down to G is a minor 3rd.
Look it up on YouTube. If you can't, the song is in F-Sharp Major and it begins on E-Flat. The left hand chords are, in order: E-Flat D-Flat B A-Flat B-Flat
