it is not the finished song. A demo is a version of the song pbefore it has been changed and edited. It usually has less sound quality than a final song
It's a demo CD with like 3 songs max.
Here are answers and opinions from WikiAnswers Contributors: * If I am not mistaken, EP means extended play on vinyls and promo means promotional copy on both. * EP when referring to a Compact Disc is usually a five songs or less demo type of thing. Not sure how it ended up being EP, when you have "extended play," but I think it was something back in the LP vinyl days, when a song was too long to be a single but too short to be an LP, LP being what they call an entire album. So, an EP promo is exactly that - a band recorded some songs that are probably their strongest material, released them as a demo (PROMOtional) to get somebody interested. Some of these may also say "for promotional use only" and are meant for radio stations, producers, etc, and not the general public. Here is a good article which breaks down how a band should choose between a Demo, EP, or Album for their release: http://www.servethesong.net/promotion/demo-ep-or-album/
DEMO's started in 2002, 2003, and their final DEMO in 2005 Suicide Silence EP - 2005 The Cleansing - 2007 Green Monster - 2008 No Time To Bleed - 2009 Wake Up - 2009
For You - EP - was created in 1989-09.
Well...on their first official CD, they have 16 songs. On Memento Mori, they have 21. Much Like Falling - EP, 4 Flyleaf - EP, 6 2004 Demo Album, 13 1 or 2 random tracks off of re-make albums 3-5 soundtrack songs And not to mention all the songs they released as Passerby. Use your imagination.
Westerns EP was created in 2006.
EP means extended play, which is like a demo, but a little longer. Hope this answered your question :^)
It was originally produced as a demo on an album titled "EP" in 2005.
"year one" is a demo, then the "yippee ep" and the "summer ep" were ep's (obviously), im not sure but i THINK "me and my uke" and "melody" were ep's too :o the only two albums are "what is love" and harmony" and chris says their working on a new album and it is supposed to come out soon.
