The Harmonica is a great choice but can have sharp edges that can tear holes in your pocket, and when sitting it can be quite uncomfortable. There is also the Jews Harp which is not as versatile as the harmonica but is much smaller, of course this can still be uncomfortable in the pocket mainly because of the metal piece that vibrates can poke you.
