"Band On the Run" is a 1973 album by Paul McCartney and Wings. It is not rare.
Excluding the "reunion" recordings in the 1990s; the final recording for a Beatles album was 1 April 1970 - this was orchestral overdubs and only Ringo was performing from the band. The last "real" Beatles session was 3 Jan 1970 - although John was absent - when I Me Mine was recorded for the Let it be LP. The last session with all four Beatles present was August 20 1969.

Principally, simply because it was by the Beatles - it holds the record for the most pre-orders of any LP in the UK. Like most Beatle music, it was skilfully and carefully produced and a very high quality LP.

You need to identify the specific LP for a value. In general they do not have a high value unless it features a popular player. With collectible LP records the cover is more important than the record itself and has a higher value. The diplaly of the cover will dictate the value.
There is one, but it isn't really a "cheat". You get your land value to nearly the amount you get LP's for. Then you buy something expensive, and you get the LP's. Then you sell it, and get your land value under the amount you got LP's for. Then you buy it again, and get the LP's. And so forth.
Their album (or LP in the UK) sales were always good; their first LP was Please Please Me, which sold 250,000 in six months and holds the record for the longest continuous number 1 album sales - it wasn't pushed to number 2 until the Beatles next LP (With The Beatles) appeared 7 months later. This is even more impressive than it sounds because at the time of release, LPs did not usually sell well - the charts were full of film soundtracks and easy listening.
