First of all and most importantly it is illegal to listen to cell phone or wireless telephone conversation. When cell phone first hit the public back in the mid 80s and early 90s it was easy to snoop in cell phone. Just buy a scanner and tune into cell towers frequency. doing the 90s the fed make it a crime for scanners sold in the US to be capable of receiving cell frequency. At the same time cell phone were becoming digital vs analog, making it more difficult to receive the signal with a scanner. Today it next to imposable to receive cell signal unless you are a gov agent or cell phone manufacture that have the right equipment.

So if anybody tell you that you can listen to cell phones with just software is laying and scamming you. Don't buy it. And don't forget you can also spend time in Jail if caught listening.
