It's just a balance of healthy diet combined with excersize. Cut down on portions but don't not eat.Breakfast is the most important. if you have ceareal why not team it with some fuit , some people like berries, tropical fruits like kiwi, mango, grapefruit ect. Yogurt is also really good for you. if you eat a wide range of food in a balanced diet , you can pretty much eat as much as you want. however, you must ALWAYS excersize! It could be running, swimming, the local gym, or just a walk. It also makes it more fun if you listen to your favourite music, maybe the pussycat dolls! lol :-) Hope I helped x

No. She was offered a place, but turned it down.

The slowing down at the end of a workout is often called a "cool down". This is because it helps gradually lower your heart-rate and body temperature.
The safest order for exercise phases is generally warm-up, followed by the main workout, and finishing with a cool down. The warm-up prepares your body for the workout by increasing blood flow and muscle flexibility, reducing the risk of injury. The main workout challenges your body, and the cool down helps your body recover by gradually bringing your heart rate down and stretching your muscles.
