In terms of overall speed (not just the guitar players), I believe that Brain Drill is the fastest band in the world. They are an all-out assault, drilling (yes, pun intended) you with unabashed speed.
Songwriting is not one of the band's strong points, although "Parasites" has some well-done parts. However, if you are just wanting to be blown away with pure velocity, these guys are just right. There are times when the drummer is gravity blasting while the guitarist is sweeping and the bassist is ten finger tapping. These moments are simply magical.
