My owners manual shows a drawing of the fuse and box and it doesn't look like the actual fuse box. The diagram show 4 relays and the actual fuse box only has three. This makes me wonder if any of the diagram is correct.
My problem is the power windows (all of them) quit today and I check all the fuses, they where all good. I also found out that there is a problem with this model breaking ground wires in the door and in the rubber insulating that crosses from the door into the vehicle body.
If you or anyone else find out or figure out anything about this let me know.
take it to an auto glass shop, it is not that expensive
Purchase a Haynes manual from an auto parts store.
It could be that the window motor has stopped working.
1999-2004 are the same body style. Most parts are interchangeable. The liftgate and window should be the same.

The Form Layout window: The Form Layout Window is a simple but useful tool. Its purpose is to simply give you a thumbnail view of the current form, showing you what it looks like and how it is positioned on the screen at run time.
On my 1995 Laredo, it is a 13-1.

I would suggest that you open the door from the inside and locate the child protection switch that is located near the latching mechanism on the door and put it into the unlocked position.
