The longest rock and roll to have been played on radio up until the age of compact discs was probably Dazed and Confused from the "Song Remains the Same" soundtrack. At over 26 minutes in length it tops "In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida" by Iron Butterfly(17 minutes long) and Echoes by Pink Floyd (21 minutes long). Don't know if any album or concept album for that fact had any songs longer than Dazed.

Just my opinion... would be open for discussion.
