D minor is a key in all music, not just classical.

It is the relative minor to F major, thus it has the key signature of F major; B flat.

Note: the seventh note of a D minor scale and chord must be sharpened; ie. the C must be made in to C sharp.

There's Bach's concerto for two harpsichords and orchestra in d minor. That's baroque. There's also Poulenc's concerto for two pianos and orchestra in d minor. That's romantic. Technically, the answer to your question is no.
